I went from living as an addict to becoming a yoga teacher and a f45 lover. I love to do f45 & yoga the most. I was a very lost soul for a long time, I hit my rock bottom and found my yoga practice in rehab. I went to yoga everyday for a year before getting certified. Through some of my regular yogis I found out about f45. Something I had no interest in at all but thought I’d give it a go on a 2 week trial. I needed something to get my energy up … 2 years later I’m still at f45.
I’ve realised I need to put myself first before I can give to others. I already lived years of just give, give, give to work and it literally sucked the life out of me. Exercise makes me feel incredible! It makes me feel strong capable and grounded. Both practices allow me to get out of my head and into my body. My mental health is the best it’s ever been.
